Government Support

The impact of CFIS’s facilities meeting the needs of the broader community enabled the School to be recognized and rewarded for its contributions.

Community Facility Enhancement Program (CFEP)

  • $125,000 CFEP grant to design and construct a double full-sized community gym as part of a greater $12 million Elementary / Junior High School facility.
  • CFEP grant of $40,378 to design and construct two playgrounds (toddler and elementary) as part of its Phase 1 construction.
  • $125,000 CFEP grant for the construction of the double full-sized community gym in the new CFIS High School facility.

All of these projects were enthusiastically endorsed by the surrounding communities and are engaged by them today.
